Analyze Legacy Content
Content Dynamics starts by performing a deep analysis of your legacy content in all its forms. Forget about the antiquated "best practice" of manually updating a spreadsheet. Our proprietary content inventorying tools will scour the various and disparate sources of content to identify:

Classify, Attribute and Convert the Content
At this stage we know about your content, we've developed and received output requirements, and we have identified the tools and approach to migrate your content. All that's left is the "heavy-lifting" of actually moving the content. Our engineering staff employs our proprietary set of tools to batch convert your content to the greatest extent possible. Content Dynamics will massage your content into the new structures. We map the content to the target taxonomy and align the original metadata to the new. We utilize the services of Content Editors as our preferred migration specialists to ensure domain-specific sensitivities. Our experienced Editors apply the appropriate metadata according to the agreed on rules and migrate the individual pieces of content with intelligence and care; something a tool can't do.
Monitor Quality and Accuracy
Your content is transformed and enhanced as it makes its way along Content Dynamics workflow. But even though we do the "heavy lifting" by migrating your content, Content Dynamics is not a black box. In fact, everything we do is visible to you via your custom workflow interface. Your Content Owners have complete access and control over the way the content is being enhanced and edited, and they get the final approval before the data is considered publishable.
